Football training - individual training
We play football to win the game and our will to win is greater than the fear of losing. This vision and philosophy is taught by all our coaches at The DFA.
From the basics to advanced technical exercises, body language, positioning, decision making, creativity, responsibility and team work. All our youth development activities are directed to the age of the participant.
Through the years we have learned we need to coach the players. So we see (and there must be) a difference between coaching and training. When you coach your players, they face competencies like problem solving skills, presentation skills, self knowledge, determination, assertively and self motivation. This way we teach them to become a better player and to take responsibility for their own future development. This way is the Dutch Way!
